Created with a clear purpose to take on the big players in the dietary supplement industry by providing high natural quality products with no additives and a clear attitude that consumers should not compromise on their health despite their busy lives. From its headquarters in Vienna, Austria, the company always strives to be at the forefront of the latest developments and trends, with a clear philosophy that the efficacy of every product it chooses to bring to market must be scientifically supported.

About the task

After several attempts to crack the code in collaboration with various digital agencies, international dietary supplement company GoPrimal finally succeeded in boosting their online sales, with Facebook and email marketing in particular now driving the majority of their customers to their webshop.

Our approach to this case was, as always, focused on the customer journey and the company's sales funnel, after which we set about building a new scalable campaign setup. We were then able to begin the first tests of relevant target groups, targeting the company's three largest markets, Germany, the Netherlands and Spain.

After the first tests and results, it quickly became clear that efforts should focus on the prospecting stage in the upper part of the sales funnel, but also on increasing engagement and repurchase rates from the already large customer base. An increased effort focusing on the company's email trail quickly proved to be a good investment in this context. In addition to activating previous customers via the email trail, it was also actively used to collect email addresses of new potential customers using Facebook's lead ads. This was particularly effective during the peak season.
