About O'TAY

After working together for more than 20 years in the fashion industry, mother and daughter, Vivian and Stephanie, chose in 2019 to join forces for a common dream, namely to create a stylish, luxurious fashion brand for quality-conscious women. Exclusive materials, such as the cashmere fabric originating from Mongolia, characterize O'TAY's collections, which are nevertheless kept at a price level that is lower than the expensive fashion houses. The reason for this is to be found in the fact that from the start they have chosen to cut out all costly intermediaries, which also means that the clothes are only available via the webshop otay.dk.

At the shop, they have managed to create a fashion universe with a focus on luxurious fashion for women of all ages, with inspiring styles and thorough guidance on the delicious materials. Because at O'TAY, the overall experience is more fulfilling than at so many other fashion brands, and you, as a customer, can therefore expect to be taken by the hand from the start, and led into the universe, which can be felt, for example, through the elegant packaging, the personal customer service that is always available, and not least the quality of the clothes.

About the task

We approached the collaboration with a clear goal of making Facebook and Instagram the main channels for O'TAY's revenue growth, with a consistent focus on profitability and scalability, in line with the universe itself, which characterizes the company's identity and branding. The Algorize Ecommerce setup was first and foremost implemented to ensure a structured and clear approach to advertising, thereby improving the basis for optimizations and i.a. test the most scalable and best performing target groups, messages and creatives.

The close dialogue and commitment have been the cornerstones of the collaboration, which has contributed to a high degree of readiness for change, especially in connection with the participation in the Tv-program "Lions Den". The fact that O'TAY was to take part in the TV broadcast was only confirmed shortly before the program was shown, which set a tight deadline for the preparation of the campaigns, which had to ensure optimal utilization of this unique opportunity. In addition to handling the Facebook, Instagram and E-mail setup, we planned and executed a content shoot in a short time, which delivered the material in time to be able to use it in the campaigns.

We believe that it always pays to go the extra mile for our customers, and the successful collaboration with O'TAY is just another example that this always bears fruit. After the Lions Den participation, we have, with a good collaboration and interplay between SoMe and E-mail, managed to maintain the momentum created by the participation in the program, as well as to grow the turnover on a continuous basis without pursuing an aggressive offer strategy.
